I can get you 2/3 of the way there:
Site name is "ftp.novell.com" and the file you're looking for
is LWP168.EXE. It will be somewhere in the /pub/netwire/novlib/
hierarchy, but can't really say whether it is in library
06, 05, etc.

Try looking at the install.txt file that comes w/ Tattum's Winsock... It
serves as the documentation as well as the installation manual.
